Poster Presentation Guidelines

In line with our theme on sustainability, ASEAPS 2025 will not use hardcopy poster printouts, e-posters will be used instead.

Please read the guidelines carefully.

• Abstract and accompanying illustrations shall be presented in the following:
  • Portrait, 790 px by 884 px
  • Arial, font size 13
  • Submit as a PDF file
• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and author(s) as stated in the image above.
• The text, illustrations, etc., must be of high resolution and shown clearly on the poster.
• Please notify the Abstract Secretariat at abstract@aseaps2025.org should there be any changes.
